Adviser to the Museum of Rome

Museum of Rome was to realize its own information system. The tender winner's work had to be supervised by the client's side in order to deliver an optimized solution.

Client : Museum of Rome.

Activity description : Worked as the recipient's technical adviser. Carried out interviews with all stakeholders. Found bugs and suggested fixing of bugs and enhancements in the system analysis, architecture, and implementation. Defended interests of the beneficiary.
